A build is one protocol-to-EDC export cycle. New protocol versions or amendments on Team and Enterprise do not use another build credit. The early-access tier includes one full build and one amendment cycle.
Yes. Within 48 hours of upload, we provide a build estimate and sample parsed elements covering visit schedules, eligibility criteria, and a representative CDASH domain. Review this sample before the full EDC export. If parsed fidelity does not meet your requirements, you are not billed for a full build. Request access to begin.
Build is per-protocol with no subscription. Team and Enterprise are annual subscriptions. A multi-year commitment applies only if negotiated in an Enterprise MSA.
Protocols in Concordare contain no PHI, only design facts. A standard DPA is available on all tiers, and custom BAA execution is available with Enterprise.
